Policies On Answering Interward Referrals :
  1. All referral should be addressed to medical specialty resident assigned in the dialysis unit.
  2. Medical resident assigned in the hemodialysis unit is responsible to answer the interward referral.
  3. Nephrology consultants should assist in the evaluation and management of patients referred to the unit.
